It's an sickeningly fun way of combining dance and heavy cardio into an hour of enjoyable time. Every time I've ever attended a Zumba class or work-out, I leave as red as the rosette camera strap that's usually hanging around my neck!
I also happen to have a favorite Zumba teacher (Tamara J.) (and I can honestly say she's kicked my butt across the dance floor more than a few times and I always leave loving her a little bit more than the last time!)
